| Q: My Computer crashed, what should I do now? |
A: If this should happen there are two possible outcomes. 1) Restore your data from a previous backup and continue from the point the backup was taken, or 2) Start over with an empty database (Not very desirable).
The data in Timesaver 2006 is contained in one file. It can be found in the following location on your PC: 'c:\program files\isr solutions\timesaver 2006\timesaver.mdb' (On some computers the MDB file extension might not appear. If you right click on the file and select properties the file extension will be displayed).
All you need to do to get back on your feet is to 1) download and install Timesaver 2006 on your new or repaired computer, then COPY the backup Timesaver.mdb file over the new empty file. Make sure the file is not read only. You can also use the restore function in Timesaver 2006 to accomplish the same thing.
If you do not have a backup all you can do is download and install the program, then click on 'Register Timesaver' from the main Timesaver 2006 and request a new registration key (Follow the instructions on screen). ISR Solutions will then issue a new key to unlock the program and then you can rebuild your customer list and start with an empty database.
Please note: As long as you have a backup of Timesaver unlocking the program will NOT be required. You will only need to unlock the program again if you are starting from scratch and do not have a backup available.

| Q: I cannot download my product brochures directly from the internet. I keep getting a message saying I can't connect to ISR Solutions. What can I do now? |
| A: If you have a firewall on your computer, you may need to disable it to download the product brochure. Timesaver uses FTP to download the product brochure and some firewalls may block the download. If you are still unable to download the brochure with the firewall disabled, then please go to the 'Download Product Brochure' page and manually import the brochure into Timesaver 2006. |
| Q: Where can I find my registration number? |
| A: There is a button called 'Register Timesaver' on the main screen of Timesaver. Once you click on it a 'Register Timesaver' screen will open and you will see the registration number in the middle of the screen under step 1. Simply copy that number into the 'Request Registration Key' page on our website. |
